Colore: Giallo paglierino con riflessi dorati, perlage fine e persistente.

Profumo: Al naso le note vegetali di melissa e salvia si fondono armonicamente con stuzzicanti sensazioni fruttate di lime e bergamotto.

Sapore: In bocca si presenta fresco, morbido e cremoso, con un’interessante mineralità. Il finale è piacevolmente persistente.

Alcool: 12,5%

Temperatura di Servizio: 8-10°C.

Vinificazione e affinamento: Affinamento in acciaio fino al tiraggio, rifermentazione in bottiglia e sosta sui lieviti per 36 mesi.
